NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

  • We offer worldwide international shipping, with some country exceptions.

  • We ship using DHL Express with full insurance and an estimated delivery time of around 5 days.
    You can check the shipping fee directly at the checkout page, as our website is integrated with a DHL shipping calculator for international addresses. (SOON)

  • At the moment, shipping cost calculations are still handled manually, as our website is currently under development to ensure a smoother integration with international shipping services.
    Please note that the standard shipping cost shown on our website is a flat-rate estimate and not the final shipping fee.

    After you place your order, kindly allow some time for us to calculate the actual shipping cost. We will then update and add the revised shipping fee to your purchase invoice.
    Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience while waiting for the final shipping cost update to your address or country.

    Once you agree with the updated shipping cost, you may proceed with the payment or settle the additional shipping cost difference according to the latest invoice.

For customers based in Malaysia, you may also use GIMWORLD as an alternative option for more affordable sea shipping (estimated delivery around 2 weeks).

How it works:

  1. Please register and log in to your account on the GIMWORLD website, then choose “IMPORT” and “FROM INDONESIA TO MALAYSIA.”

  2. After creating the shipment label, on our website checkout page please select “INSTANT COURIER” and enter GIMWORLD’s Jakarta warehouse address as the destination.

  3. Please include your GIMWORLD booking reference code in your order notes, and we will ship the package to their warehouse.

  • All international shipments will follow standard international packaging procedures to ensure your instrument arrives safely.

  • We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) payments for international orders.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTE

  • Only cards with 3D Secure (One-Time PIN verification enabled) are accepted by our payment gateway.

  • If your card is declined, please contact your bank and make sure 3D Secure is active on your card.

For PayPal payments, please email us at sales@primanada.com, and we will issue a PayPal invoice for you.

IMPORTANT PAYPAL NOTES

  1. We can only ship to a registered and verified PayPal address. Shipping to a different address is not allowed.

  2. Guest checkout is not accepted. Please make sure you are logged in to your PayPal account.

  • If you are an international customer and cannot complete checkout (for example, it shows “Invalid Address”), this usually means DHL’s automatic shipping calculator does not yet support your country.

  • In that case, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for a manual shipping quote:

  • We are currently working on adding more countries to our international shipping calculator.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.
    These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
    Please check with your local customs office or DHL office for details before purchasing.

TERMS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. All international purchases are final (no refunds and no returns).

  2. Please allow 2–3 working days for order preparation, quality control, and additional packaging.

  3. Please make sure before completing payment, as we cannot refund any payment gateway, credit card, or PayPal fees if you decide to cancel after payment is made.

We kindly ask you to review the points above carefully before placing an order or making payment.

If needed, you are welcome to request detailed photos or a full video of the instrument before proceeding with your purchase.
